I am so excited you are considering trusting me to make a forever piece with you! If you are interested in creating a custom piece, please keep an eye on my Instagram posts (@poppycollectiveco) for my next opening date. I only take on a certain amount of customs each month to ensure timely delivery and appropriate attention is paid to each piece, all spots are booked through my website and tend to fill up quickly so if you’re interested please be sure and be attentive to opening announcements. My customs are currently closed! My Instagram bio will be updated with a date as soon as I have one. I can make whatever style design I have made before however stones will always vary as they are all natural and purchased or cut by me one by one from rough material.
The process usually goes something like this once books open and my custom slots go live on my website:
*secure your spot! Add the listing for “Custom Reservation” to your cart & check out. The price you pay for this listing is your deposit towards your piece*
1. I will reach out in 24 hours via your checkout email! I will ask for you Instagram handle so that we can message back and forth regarding what kind of piece you're looking for (i.e. cuff, ring, pendant, bolo, hat band, etc.) size, color and what date you'd love to have it by.
2. I will get back with you within two business days with stone options and a pricing ESTIMATE based on your request.
3. Once your stone is pulled and confirmed, I will give you a more accurate price estimate and we will finalize plans. The listing price you paid to secure your spot will be put towards this price.
4. I will get to work! If requested I will send progress pictures through instagram messenger.
5. I will reach out for final payment and shipping address upon completion of your piece.
The process is completely tailored to you and your requests. I always welcome pictures of inspiration from my own page or from Pinterest but please know I will NEVER copy another artist's work. If their exact design is what you're looking for, please reach out to them.
