Frequently Asked Questions


Material Information:

All of my pieces, unless otherwise stated as brass or 14k gold filled, are 100% .925 sterling silver. I do not use a .925 stamp on my pieces, a stamp is not exclusively indicative of .925 sterling silver, .925 stamps can be purchased by anyone and used on any metal at any time. I order all of my materials from Rio Grande and Otto Frei, both trusted and reputable precious metal suppliers used by metal-smiths for many years. Should you have questions about the quality of your piece please feel free to have it tested by a local jeweler for silver content verification. I 100% stand by the material I use in each of my pieces.


Resizing:

All pieces are pre-sized. Sizes may not be changed on pieces so please be sure of your ring size BEFORE ordering. You can be sized for free at most jewelry stores or may order a sizer from amazon, linked below! To request a specific size as I'm completing collections please follow along on my instagram (@poppycollectiveco) where I take requests at the start of each batch! I do not accept returns for rings not fitting after purchase due to mis-measurements.  

I do offer spacers for free in packages upon request. Spacers may tighten a ring up to a half size. Also upon request I can stretch rings about 1/4-1/2 size larger. Just shoot me a message along with your purchase and I will do so.

Returns:

Unfortunately, I am not able to accept returns at this time. All measurements of pieces are in the product description as well as various pictures of pieces to try and avoid any confusion, but should you have any requests for additional pictures or information don’t hesitate to shoot me a message. Should there be any fabrication issue with your piece please contact me and I will make it right!

Though I do not accept returns for monetary refund, if you are unhappy with your piece I will happily offer a discount on a future purchase on a case by case basis, just reach out to me with the valid concern or issue and I will do my best to ensure you are given fair treatment. 

Shipping:

Your shipping information can be found underneath your "Order Details" section of your order confirmation email! Please reach out to me if you have issues but know I am not responsible for USPS delays or improperly updated scanning of packages! Your local post office will more than likely be able to give you a more accurate description of your package's location than I am, I am happy to help where I can!

Repairs/Vintage Jewelry:

On a case by case basis I do take repairs for old jewelry needing a re-polish or repair and am happy to do so! Just shoot me a message and we'll see what we can work out together.

Should you have any issues with jewelry I have made as far as ANYTHING breaking or coming apart don't hesitate to contact me. I offer free repairs for any damage related to the insufficient fabrication of a piece.
